​Welcome to SLAP Studios! Before booking your session, it is important to read the following FAQ carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.

How can I book the studio?

Booking the studio is simple and can be done in 3 easy steps:

1. Select your plan – Choose your plan based on the number of hours required.

2. Select your preferred date & time and send a request.

3. Approval & Payment – Our central booking team will check availability. If available, you will receive an approval & invoice. Please note that your booking is confirmed only after payment. If there is a delay in payment and another client pays first, your requested time slot may no longer be available.

What are the payment options?

We accept UPI, credit card, debit card, and cash.

• All payments are in advance and must be made at least 24 hours before the shoot.

• Without 100% Payment, No time slots will be put on hold under any circumstances. All bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will the studio be ready at my booking time?

Yes, the studio will be ready for use at your selected booking time.

• If you arrive late or start the shoot late for any reason, we are not liable to compensate or refund any lost time.

• Please plan your arrival and setup accordingly to make the most of your session.

Can I extend my session during the shoot?

Yes, but you must inform us at least 2 hours before your session ends.

• If the extension is possible, we will definitely allow it.

• However, additional charges may apply as per the pricing mentioned on our website.

• If another client has already booked the next time slot, we may not be able to extend your session.

What if my preferred date or time is unavailable?

If your requested time is not available, our team will contact you and help arrange an alternative time that works for you.

What equipment and facilities are provided?

We provide:

• Photography & Green Screen Studio

• Lighting Equipment: 5-light Elinchrom setup (ELC PRO HD 500 & 1000 strobes) with softboxes & wireless SKYPORT transmitters (compatible with cameras with a hot shoe mount).

• 10-feet backdrops (only in black & white).

• Light Assistant (on request).

• Washroom & Changing Room.

What is NOT included?

• Cameras are NOT included in any plan.

• We do NOT provide props.

What happens in case of a power failure?

We do not have a generator. In the rare case of a power outage, we will reimburse the lost time or reschedule/postpone your session. A refund is also possible if you prefer.

Are there any restrictions?

Yes! The following are strictly prohibited inside the studio and building:

• Smoking, spitting, gutka, and alcohol consumption.

• Filming or photography of explicit content – This will result in immediate cancellation, and we may inform the police if necessary.

• Misuse of property or equipment – If you or anyone from your team damages property, behaves inappropriately, or violates rules, your booking may be canceled immediately, even during the session.

Can I bring my team and food?

• Headcount is mandatory – You must inform us of the total number of people (photographers, videographers, directors, models, crew, etc.) in advance.

• Outside food & drinks are allowed but not inside the shoot area – You may eat only in designated sitting areas.​
